I'm lookin for a power handle for my Shimano Calcutta 201 te? Anyone know of any that will fit it? Read somewhere that the ones that fit the older 400 model will fit but just want to double check before I get one. Thanks

I see that no one has responded to this post in two weeks.

Tell ya what, take off the current handle and measure the drive-shaft hole, length-wise. If it is 8mm long, then almost any Daiwa or Garcia power handle will fit. If its 7mm, then the current power handle from the regular old 400BSV will fit it perfectly.

I know the 300 and 400te reels take the 8mm handles, but I can't speak to the 200te - because I've never had one apart. It might well have either size handle on it.

Paul - the "regular" "B" series Calcuttas take a different handle than the CTE models. The 400B has a 7mm wide hole, while the 300/400CTE have an 8mm hole.

I've never had a 200CTE in for servicing, or I would know the correct answer to the question.

I think the 200CTE has a 7mm driveshaft, but I can't be sure without seeing one.
