We'll I guess the answere to that would be on an old shirt I have...
36,086 songs
2317 concerts
295 cities
30 years
11 members
1 Band

****Note: That was from a shirt that is about 10 years old so these numbers need to be updated some....

Tiderunner you gotta be kidding, how can the Dead be listed in the top 5? Either you never saw the DEAD live before 1980, or you were dead.

1- Dead/Allmans/Marshall Tucker RFK in DC, I believe 1973.

2- Dead/Band Garcia's 30 birthday Roosevelt Staium Jersey

3- Crosby Stills Nash and Young the night Nixon resigned Roosevelt Stadium NJ

4- Hot Tuna Academy Music too many times to remember dates

5- Ten Years After/Buddy Miles The Garden 1970

6- Flying Burritto Brothers Stonybrook sometime in the 70's

7- Stephen Stills with Manassas- the Other End mid to late 70's

8- David Bromberg Town Hall

Really any Dead or Tuna concert in the 70's early 80's

#1 The Who at Forest Hills Queens NY they open by playing Live at Leads versions of songs and then they play Who's Next songs before the album came out or they played on radio, hearing "Won't Get Fooled Again " that first time is just ......... no words can discribe

I have seen them before and after but nothing compares to that night.

#2 Woodstock day 1

#3 Woodstock day 2

I went to see The Carpenters, The Captain and Tennille and Tony Orlando and Dawn. I really enjoyed all that hard core stuff.

Some of you guys might laugh, but to this day, ?Tie a yellow ribbon around the old oak tree? is one of the most popular songs ever composed. Is the only song sung in 145 different languages. Last time I heard it was in Watusi by Watusi warriors.
