so i just planted some tomatos,broccoli,peppers i even tried hose topsey turvey upsidedown tomato planters lol,...some spinach.carrots,basil,oregano.chives,andsome othr herbs....what are you uys growing and do you have any tips to keep everything healthy

This year i'm just sticking to the basic's......

[img]thumb.gif[/img] 6 eggplant

Horse manuer. I think your from Bklyn Psycho, if so there's a big mountain of it outside the gardens in Floyd Bennett right now. Already aged and free.
My gardens kind of the opposite of Tony's. Only 6 tomato plants(3 beefsteak, 3 plum), 2 flats of peppers (40 something), 4 eggplants, 4 cucumbers, 4 zucchini, 12 leak and an assortment of herbs.

No horse manure. Too many weed seeds.

Use worm castings and peat moss. Best nutrient and water retention mix your veggie plants will ever need.
